Orders with insufficient information provided may be automatically cancelled. Items can be returned if they are damaged or defective in any way, such as being expired or broken.

Refunds will typically be processed within four weeks from the date you return the package. This timeframe includes transit time for us to receive the return, processing time, and bank processing time.

Conditions for Returns
